سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

في Wellness Egypt، نحرص على رضا عملائنا وجودة منتجاتنا. توضح هذه السياسة شروط وإجراءات الاستبدال والاسترجاع لجميع الطلبات التي تتم عبر موقعنا.

1) مدة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

يحق للعميل طلب استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام دون إبداء سبب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج:

في حالته الأصلية
غير مستخدم
غير مفتوح، إذا كانت طبيعة المنتج تتطلب ذلك
في العبوة الأصلية وبجميع الملحقات

وفي حال كان المنتج معيبًا أو تالفًا أو غير مطابق للمواصفات أو تم إرسال منتج خاطئ، يحق للعميل طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام، وفقًا لقوانين حماية المستهلك المعمول بها في مصر.

2) المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال

المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو فتحها أو تغييرها عن حالتها الأصلية لسبب يرجع إلى العميل
المنتجات سريعة التلف
المنتجات المصنوعة أو المجهزة خصيصًا بناءً على طلب العميل
المنتجات التي لا يمكن إعادتها لطبيعتها الأصلية بعد الفتح أو الاستخدام
الفئات التي يستثنيها القانون
المنتجات الصحية أو الغذائية أو منتجات العناية الشخصية بعد فتحها، إلا إذا كانت معيبة أو تم إرسالها بالخطأ

3) شروط قبول طلب الاسترجاع

تقديم رقم الطلب أو فاتورة الشراء
التواصل معنا خلال المدة المحددة
إرفاق صور واضحة في حالة التلف أو العيب أو الخطأ في المنتج
إعادة المنتج بجميع الملحقات والهدايا المرفقة إن وجدت

4) خطوات طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال

تواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني Wellness4eg@gmail.com أو الهاتف / واتساب 01050884634، مع إرسال: رقم الطلب، اسم العميل، سبب الطلب، وصور المنتج إذا كان به عيب أو تلف. بعد مراجعة الطلب، سنقوم بتأكيد قبوله وإرسال خطوات الاستلام أو الشحن.

5) رسوم الشحن

في حالة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بدون سبب خلال 14 يومًا، قد يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن أو الاستلام إن وجدت.
في حالة وجود عيب أو تلف أو خطأ من جانبنا، تتحمل Wellness Egypt جميع تكاليف الشحن والاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.

6) طريقة استرداد المبلغ

عند الموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع وفحص المنتج، يتم رد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية كلما أمكن ذلك، أو بوسيلة مناسبة يتم الاتفاق عليها.

7) إلغاء الطلب قبل الشحن

يمكن للعميل إلغاء الطلب قبل شحنه بالتواصل معنا فورًا، وفي هذه الحالة يتم إلغاؤه واسترداد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة.

8) حق المتجر

تحتفظ Wellness Egypt بالحق في رفض طلبات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال التي لا تستوفي الشروط المذكورة في هذه السياسة، وذلك دون الإخلال بحقوق العميل القانونية.

Return & Refund Policy

At Wellness Egypt, we value customer satisfaction and product quality. This policy explains the conditions and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders placed through our website.

1) Return and Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date without giving a reason, provided that the item is:

in its original condition
unused
unopened, where the nature of the product requires this
returned in the original packaging with all included accessories

If the item is defective, damaged, not as described, or the wrong item was delivered, the customer may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, in accordance with Egyptian consumer protection law.

2) Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

items opened, used, altered, or no longer in their original condition for a reason attributable to the customer
perishable goods
custom-made or personalized items
items that cannot be restored to their original condition after opening or use
categories excluded by applicable law
health, ingestible, hygiene, or personal-care products once opened, unless defective or incorrectly delivered

3) Conditions for an Accepted Return

provide the order number or proof of purchase
contact us within the applicable period
provide clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
return the item with all accessories, inserts, and promotional gifts, if any

4) How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact us by email at Wellness4eg@gmail.com or phone / WhatsApp at +20 105 088 4634, including your order number, name, reason for the request, and photos of the item if applicable. Once reviewed, we will confirm whether the request is approved and send the next steps.

5) Shipping Fees

For change-of-mind returns within 14 days, the customer may be responsible for return shipping or collection fees.
If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming, Wellness Egypt bears all shipping and return/exchange costs.

6) Refund Method

Once the returned item is inspected and the request is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method whenever possible, or through another agreed method.

7) Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Customers may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us as soon as possible. Unshipped orders are canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

8) Store Rights

Wellness Egypt reserves the right to refuse return or exchange requests that do not meet the conditions of this policy, without prejudice to the customer’s legal rights.
